    Responsabilitati

    Description of responsibilities:

    - Responds to Client requests through multiple communication channels.
    - Maintains solid client relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
    - Manages team and covers all administrative and management duties according to the job description.
    - Promoting, implementing and observing company procedures - quality, security, etc.
    - Providing support to the team and, at the same time, to each agent, providing accurate information about the product and/or the service it promotes;
    - Contributing to motivating agents, primarily by encouraging them and recognizing their achievements
    - Real-time management - presence among agents to help and support them in real-time
