Experience - functional support for financial applications;
Interaction with level 2 teams, functional and technical;
At least 2 years of experience on support - French level C1 and English level B2;
Excel Knowledge (Pivot Table, Simple Formulas, Graphics);
Knowledge of Macro Excel or VBA, SQL would be a plus;
Proactive and reactive attitude / team spirit and continuous desire to learn.
Receiving requests / questions by email or telephone from users of managed applications (Leader / Backup) in French and English;
Opening and closing a ticket for each request received;
Collaboration in order to enable activities and periodic review of the rights with the extended team of the service center;
Return to the new needs of the users through MOA (business analysts);
Maintaining documentation and correspondence lists;
Requesting the upper level only if the employee is not able to answer;
Formation of new applications that return to the perimeter.
