    Back Office Support opening for the local branchof one of the biggest pumps’ distributors in Europe who offers in Romania complete solutions for pumping fluids for various industries: chemical, petrochemical, wastewater treatment, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, ceramic, etc. The location of the company is in the centre of Bucharest in Piata Victoriei.   Candidates Profile:

    • We are looking for a professional with previous experience in sales and customer support.
    • Good knowledge of MS office – Excel, Word,
    • Fluency in English
    • Previous experience with a CRM system is desirable.
    • To fit the organizational culture, we look for someone communicative, good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and client oriented.  
    Main responsibilities:
    • Develop and sustain productive customer relationships
    • Monitor support communication sources (email, phone, etc.)
    • Facilitate client support calls
    • Monitoring customer accounts
    • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
    • Prepares technical and commercial offers and tendering documents as support for sales team
    • General administrative and support for operational tasks
