Junior Technical Engineer with French - Customer Support (Trade Innovation)

What will you contribute?

Be part of the TI Engineering Support Group in Bucharest where you will strive to deliver quality customer services to local and foreign clients, reporting to a local manager. Trade Innovation is a system used to effectively handle trade finance transactions on a global scale.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Respond to user requests in accordance with SLAs
• Ensure that the clients are able to utilize the product properly as per their needs
• Update clients on the progress towards issue resolution
• Track issues sent to other departments and ensure a resolution to the client's satisfaction is attained
• Create defects in JIRA upon necessity
• Be a part of the triage team once enough experience is accumulated
• Upon request, complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
• Pass feedback to other departments

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics (preferred)
• Very good communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Customer focus
• Attention to detail
• Good command of English
• Oracle, DB2, MSSQL knowledge
• IBM WAS, Weblogic, JBoss knowledge
• Java knowledge
