    Requirements

    Fluent in English
    IT Service Management or IT Governance or IT Delivery Management or IT Project Management or IT Delivery background
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly organized
    Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working in VUCA (Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity) and highly dynamic environments
    Easily creates and naturally maintains business relationships with main stakeholders
    The candidate will not work technically hands on, but should have an adequate level of understanding on the products/technologies below:
    - Good understanding and, ideally, previous technical work experience on core technologies/products:

    Databases: mainly Oracle

    Application/web servers (J2EE based, especially WebLogic Server, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache)

    Java literacy – NO coding skills needed, but the ability to read simple pieces of code and digest non-complex log files of java apps

    Management of security certificates

    - Reasonable understanding of technologies/products below:

    Microservices and SOA

    Communication and encryption protocols (mainly HTTP(S), SSL)

    Networking (firewalls, load balancers, etc).



    Nice to have experience:

    Spanish (highly preferred), or German language skills
    Certifications on: ITIL, COBIT, ISO, ISO2000, PMP, PRINCE or similar
    Industry (banking) specific knowledge
    Technical certifications (related to the technologies above)
    Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS), virtualization, API Manager (WSO2)
    DevOps, CICD, Infrastructure as Code
    Mobile Apps (tech specifics)
    High Availability Architecture
    Scripting (any type).

    Responsibilities

    End to end IT Governance, using COBIT 5 IT Governance framework, ISStandard for Information Security Management Systems, ITIL framework for IT Service Management and Agile-Scrum methodology for apps under my responsibility.
    Create, maintain, customize and ensure close implementation of application specific processes and policies
    Conduct periodic risk assessments and compliance evaluations, and follow up for remediation of deviations from governance controls, preventing vulnerabilities and IT audit points
    Evaluate and sign off any decisions involving operational risks
    Agree and plan with key project stakeholders the application's roadmaps, release calendars and strategic decisions, in line with business requirements, capacity of delivery teams and existing constraints
    Single point of contact for the applications
    Ensure Reliability and Quality of the Production Service, accountable for level 3 Support activities and for successful completion of all required Disaster Recovery Testing
    Infrastructure: provisioning, maintenance and access management and project management
    Setup and address escalated security and performance issues
    Oversee release management for production deployments
    Ensure app and processes are properly documented in line with auditors’ requirements.
