Candidatul ideal:
- Orientat catre rezolvarea de probleme tehnice si capacitatea de acumula usor informatii in acest domeniu;
- Capacitate de a lucra sub presiune si de a gestiona clienti dificili;
- Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa;
- Buna cunostinte Microsoft based systems si produse IT hardware, cat si de Linux;
- Experienta de lucru cu MS based operating systems (Windows 7,8) si echipamente IT (routers, switches, servers, PC's, laptops);
- Experienta de lucru cu MS Servers (2000, 2003, 2008 ) poate fi un avantaj;
- O buna intelegere a sistemelor de networking ( OSI, TCP/IP models, routers, firewalls, VPN);
- Experienta de lucru cu OS's, UNIX-like, poate fi un avantaj;
- Experienta de lucru cu echipamente CISCO;
- Cursuri CISCO pot reprezenta un avantaj.
- Instalarea, asigurarea mentenantei sistemelor de operare, echipamentelor si aplicatiilor din sfera de activitate a companiei, conform documentatiilor, procedurilor si normelor existente;
- Monitorizarea si asigurarea functionalitatii retelei informatice;
- Rezolvarea incidentelor repartizate/semnalate de colegi conform ariei de responsabilitate;
- Colaborarea cu colegii de munca pentru rezolvarea cerintelor acestora;
- Realizarea de rapoarte de activitate conform regulamentului firmei;
- Indeplinirea rolurilor si responsabilitatilor ce sunt alocate, ca parte a unui proiect, in concordanta cu fisa postului si/sau cu indicatiile primite de la managerul departamentului;
- Asistarea la alte servicii (daca este solicitat), in concordanta cu specificatiile comunicate;
- Mediu de lucru dinamic si tanar;
- Teambuilding-uri;
- Zona de recreere.
