    Demand Planner opening for one of our clients, FMCG multinational company, market leader, with offices located in Colentina, Bucharest. ROLE of the Position, reporting to Demand Manager RO & BG, is to create short and long term forecast in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.

    • Prepare short and long term forecast at SKU level based on historical data and input from Sales, Supply team and Operations.
    • Assure high level of forecast accuracy to balance between zero wastes and high customer service level
    • Be the agent of change and help in forecast process development and improvement
    • Analyze the data, look for insights, fuel the TopLine team with growth generating ideas.
    Candidates Profile: The Professional we are looking should have previous experience in planning and forecasting within a dynamic multinational company, consumer / commercial driven.   Advanced knowledge of MS office – Excel, Word, Power Point, fluency in English and previous experience with SAP are mandatory. To fit the organizational culture, we look for someone proactive and having a “can do” approach, good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and orientation to permanently improve and collaborate with different departments. Because of its exposure to all departments involved in a smooth supply chain and to senior management, the job holder should be someone with team-oriented skills honed through experience with multiple projects and high amount of data; a person who demonstrates courage to address difficult topics with colleagues and management and is a strong networker, with the ability to share and interact collaboratively.
