    Requirements

    - Strong Written and Communication skills
    - Experience in the field for 6 months(internships is counted as well)
    - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
    - Bachelor’s degree in Social studies, Economy , HR or related field.
    - Advanced English
    - Ability to work as part of a team

    Responsibilities

    Use social media networks or internal data base to look for and connect with potential candidates
    - Interact with professionals on niche platforms
    - Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
    - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
    - Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
    - Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
