Account manager- New Project
Advanced English (mandatory)
- Second language (Czech, Slovak, German and Italian) will be financially appreciated.
- Experience is not necessary, but with a strong wish for learning and escaladed
- Ability to build rapport and trust, in an excellent telephone and email manner, with a friendly and informative approach;
- Highly customer-focused;
- Prospect, qualify and generate leads of new customer prospects and within current accounts via phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Leverage the sales pipeline to pursue product presentation opportunities and schedule product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer account management matters
- Attracting the potential clients attention and turn that interest into sales;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Work closely with the marketing department and outside sales team
