- To have knowledge about OS systems: Linux and Windows, database, ERP systems;
Medium or higher education in computer science;
- English, medium level – used at the conversational level and in the written communication, by e-mail;
- Capacity to work independently;
- Adaptability, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Remote installation of the system;
- Pre-configuring part of the system devices for installations;
- Remote maintenance system;
- In cases of special situation, intervention on site in order to assess and fix the occurring issues;
- Efficient management of endowment equipment;
- Effective communication with company employees and the release of all documents requested by them;
- Submitting reports with activity and status in ERP systems;
- Submitting possible issues with system to CMS R
- Responsibility to teach and provide direct support to CMS customers.
