    University Degree- preferably economic
    Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience/payroll activity (working experience in a large company (> 500 employees) can be an advantage
    Very good knowledge of the Romanian legislation in the field
    Very good working skills in a specific salary software (working knowledge in SAL is an advantage);
    Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices in the field of payroll;
    Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
    High level of integrity/confidentiality and diplomacy;
    Ability to organize and prioritize activities (multitasking);
    Very good English knowledge;
    Good communication skills at all levels;
    Proactive and results-oriented person.

    Responsabilitati

    Manages the entire benefit and payroll process, being responsible for the monthly calculation and timely delivery of employee’s salary rights;
    Tracks the correct recording of information in the payroll information system, ensuring the reconciliation of data with the staff responsible for the delivery of timesheets;
    Ensures the processing and verification of the resulting data, drawing up the standard and non-standard reports specific to the salary process in accordance with the company's legislative requirements and policies: monthly payment states, summaries; D112 Statements; salary flyers, meal vouchers, FNUASS specific documents, retrieval reports, statistics, monthly, quarterly, annually;
    Follows all legislative changes verifying the correctness of its implementation in the informatic system;
    Acts like an advisor to employees and management on the entire payroll process;
    Releases all documents/certificates required by employees;
    Develops simulations to support decision-making on wage increases, performance bonuses in co-ordination with the company's remuneration strategy;
    Knowledge/Experience in personal administration or other HR specific areas represents a plus;
