    Cu peste 180 de magazine in Romania si Republica Moldova si peste 700 de angajati, PPT Preturi Pentru Tine aduce in viata clientilor produse vestimentare la preturi accesibile, in magazine de proximitate in orasele mici si medii.

    Cifra de afaceri pentru 2017 este de aprox 50 mil. EUR, compania ajungand la peste 25 mil. produse vestimentare si de incaltaminte vandute in unitatile proprii.

    Cerinte

    This role has a responsibility to support company objectives, as well as identify and apply solutions to problems that will reduce liability, improve gross margin and maximize business opportunities.

    Job Requirements:

    1 – 2 years in direct retail buying experience;
    Availability to travel overseas (35% of the time) – visiting trade exhibitions and suppliers;
    Good computer skills including MS Excel (mandatory);
    Good Command of English (mandatory);
    Good retail math acumen, including elements of markup, margin planning, open to buy, Assortment Planning. Strong communication and negotiation skills;
    Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to build / maintain strong Vendor partnerships.
    Flexibility and ability to follow through on assignment;
    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload;
    Adapts to shifting circumstances in business environment;
    Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities:

    Offering different product acquisition options;
    Often travels abroad (35% of the time);
    Reacting in any changes in customer demand;
    Helping to interpret reports;
    Seeking out new products;
    Keeping track of trends, collection & must-have textile items;
    Oriented towards performance and up-to-date products;
    Negotiating with various suppliers from different countries;
    Close cooperation with the Category Managers;
    Creating reports regarding the activity of different suppliers;
    Cooperating with Logistics, Sales, Marketing & other departments;
    Identifying errors in the negotiation, product transportation or delivery process;
