Join us and you will:
•  Perform day by day account payable processes
•  Calculate and booking accruals on the right cost centers
•  Ensure timely and accurate processing vendor invoices
•  Solve invoice discrepancies with appropriate internal and external resources
•  Maintain vendor statements and communicate with vendors when necessary
•  Answer vendors and internal customers AP related queries
•  Prepare original documents for scanning/filling as instructed
•  Review balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliation
•  Work with related parties (procurement and finance) to ensure the clearing of Accounts Payable balances
•  Comply with applicable company policies and procedures
•  Performs a variety of AP tasks and projects as necessary
•  Participate in process improvement projects as requested
•  Prepare reporting schedules and resolve audit issues identified by auditors
•  Assisting in month end closing
•  Arranging and archiving accounting documents
•  Fulfill any task assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with the professional experience and area of expertise
        
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
•  Strong analytical skills;
•  Excellent organizing abilities, deadline orientated;
•  Ability to handle/check high-volume of data entry with high accuracy;
•  Good understanding of accounting principles and practices;
•  Bachelor`s degree, post-graduate is nice to have (accounting, finance, business, or economics);
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting;
•  English advanced;
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office product;
•  Experience with SAP FI will be considered as an advantage;
