    Studii medii sau studiile universitare reprezinta un plus;
    Word, Excel, SAP, Power Point si Internet este un avantaj;
    Engleza – nivel mediu (constituie un avantaj);
    Abilitati de comunicare argumentare/ convingere;
     Echilibrat, capabil sa ramana calm in situatii conflictuale;

     Mentine o imagine profesionala, puternica;

     Analitic, capabil sa inteleaga si sa ia decizii pe baza datelor;

    Responsibilities

    Suport Comenzi:
    Monitorizeaza receptionarea comenzilor clientilor Danone conform programului de transport;
    Monitorizeaza receptionarea comenzilor speciale (sponsorizari, gratuitati, comenzi promo proxy, etc.);
    Introduce in sistem comenzile primite prin fax si e-mail de la clientii Danone;
    Se asigura de buna functionare a sistemului de transmitere a comenzilor PRS mentinand permanent legatura intre IT, PRS si Administrare Depozit ;
    Asigura introducerea acurata in sistem a comenzilor clientilor Danone.
    Call Center:
    Receptioneaza si inregistreaza apelurile de la clientii interni si externi;
    Solutioneaza apelurile prin documentarea in sistemul informatic (rezolvare de probleme, furnizare de informatii);
    Redirectioneaza apelurile clientilor in functie de solicitarea acestora, persoanelor in masura sa solutioneze problema in cauza;
    Urmareste si monitorizeaza rezolvarea reclamatiilor clientilor (apeluri primite si apeluri efectuate);
    Suport Forta Vanzari:
    Ofera informatii fortei de vanzari privind receptionarea comenzilor, statusul comenzilor, cantitatile livrate vs. comandate;
    Semnaleaza si ofera informatii privind situatiile de lipsa stoc catre client;
    Ruleaza rapoarte specifice activitatii de suport comenzi;
    General:
    Aplica cu strictete politica si procedurile definite de Companie, utilizeaza in mod optim bunurile companiei, destinate indeplinirii sarcinilor de serviciu;
    Indeplineste in termenele stabilite alte responsabilitati sau sarcini alocate de catre conducerea companiei in aria sa de competenta;

    Program de lucru: de Luni pana Sambata;
    Program de lucru in doua ture: L-V = 8:30-17:00 si 11:00-19:00; S = 8:30-17:00;
    Sambetele lucrate se recupereaza cu zi libera conform legislatiei in vigoare, in decursul perioadei de referinta de 2 luni.
    Se lucreaza o sambata pe luna prin rotatie.
