Innovation Project Manager, Engineering Center Cluj

Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services.  
 

Education:

• Engineering studies, preferably in IT;

Know-How:

• Minimum 3 years professional work experience in project management, preferably in innovation;
• Strategic view and interest in newest technologies and trends;
• Proactive mindset;
• Ability to negotiate and cooperate with highest level representatives;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Decision making and good team work abilities;
• Strong organization and project coordination skills;
• Experienced and willing to work in an international environment;

Languages spoken:

• Fluent in English;

Nice to have:

• PhD title ;
• Teaching experience in an academic environment;
• German and other language skills;

What you do:

• Ensure project planning, technical coordination and resourcing for all running innovation projects;
• Regular reporting of activity progress to higher management;
• Continuously monitor and evaluate results to improve our programs' success;
• Promote innovation activities within the organization and to key stakeholders;
• Lead workshops to promote innovative solutions;
• Develop and cultivate the innovation ecosystems;
• Continuously monitor and identify the innovation potential within our organization;
• Act as a business partner to leaders across the company by establishing shared goals and finding/presenting opportunities that can benefit their businesses;
• Track external funding possibilities;
• Act (if needed) as speaker within presentations, technical expert forums, student fairs and other marketing events;
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on branding activities and social media campaigns;
• Cooperate with Bosch locations worldwide for exchanging information and aligning innovation topics;
• Support in the coordination and further develop Bosch Future Mobility Challenge;
