Pricing and Business Intelligence Specialist - Tire Division

* Manages all Pricing and BI Pricing related tasks for Romanian market in line with the HQ Pricing & BI policy and guidelines;
* Responsible for the Pricing concept preparation for Romanian market in line with EMEA pricing policy and in collaboration with the key local stakeholders;
* Prepare the price lists - article selection, information inclusion, individualization for specific customers and adaptation to their needs;
* Analysis of competitive position and design of adjustment approach to the competitive landscape;
* Adapting pricing to different logistical and business models, structural analysis and adaptation - periodical general analyses, continuous price competitiveness monitoring and action response;
* Comparison to international inter-brand price position (compliance with European pricing approach);
* Analysis of end-consumer pricing and competitive end-consumer price position;
* Consolidate the databases in the BI tools and gain insights on the competitive environment;
* Tire market research, including competitors' activities, prices comparisons (sell-in/sell-out);
* Market share statistics (monthly);
* Strategic planning & market hydraulics - prepared in cooperation with Sales Manager;
* Collaboration with SAP KU regarding prices maintenance and setting into the SAP system;
* Annual budget presentations & other presentations - support in structuring, data analysis and visualization (in collaboration with the Sales department);
* Represents Romanian Market Sales Organization in the PLT BU EMEA Central Pricing meetings.


* Technical or Economics University degree;
* Minimum of 2 years of pricing/accounting experience;
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
* Good to excellent knowledge in English;
* Strong written and oral communication skills;
