Junior Supply Chain Specialist

Since 40’s the Company has grown and developed 5 business lines such as telecom sites construction and installation, equipment installation and commissioning, power system renewable energies, fix and fiber optic networks and managed services, maintenance and operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant supply chain or logistics activity
• Experience in telecom industry would be considered a strong plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Basic logistics knowledge
• Quick learner
• Detail oriented person
• Good in English; written and oral communication in French would be a strong advantage

Tasks

• Entering purchase orders and transportation orders in system
• Checking products delivery ,stock and transportation status with suppliers.
• Providing the advanced shipping notice to logistics centers and cosignees.
• Updating the system based on the inbound, outbound and arrvial information.
• Collecting and generating documents for reception , clearance and finance.
• Filing Purchase Orders,Invoices and related document
• Assisting logistics operations including inventory counting, invoice payment tracking etc.
• Working with control tower to supply status and data accuracy.
