Driver Risk Analyst with Spanish (Back Office)

- Graduate in any discipline
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish and English
- Intermediate computer skills, general understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A self-starter who works well independently and with others
- A detail-oriented person who is able to identify precise details from pictures, reports or diagrams; a person who takes pride in achieving high quality and throughput targets.

- Perform clip review and scoring functions in accordance with client training program, policies and procedures;
- Escalate questions / concerns / issues related to particular clip scoring or interpretation of events to BPO QA or BPO supervision for clarification;
- May be requested to participate in the evaluation of new processes and features and to provide feedback;
- Ensures confidentiality, integrity and availability of critical information to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.
