The Role
As an Invoicing Processor/Finance Assistant in the Finance team, you’ll take ownership of all invoicing needs of our subscribers and fleet partners. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that we have VAT compliant invoices updated for all bookings & payouts, ensuring that every invoice is correct. Keeping to Drover’s high standards you’ll work with multiple teams to ensure that you always have the right information, ensuring customers and fleet partners have the information they require.
1-2 years experience in a finance role
Bachelor's Degree from a well-known university in Romania
A very high level of fluency in English (both written and oral)
Proven ability in implementing and building processes
Experience with Romanian Payroll
Attention to detail
Able to think on your feet - a good problem solver
Ability to work with international teams
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – you’ll be managing a large volume of Suppliers & Customers
Ability to work in a high energy, ambiguous environment where are required to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Create customer invoices for all bookings on a monthly basis
Ensure that all charges & extra costs have been accounted for
Add invoices to Customers Drover accounts
Be part of the UK finance team but liaise with Operations and Supply team in order to investigate any request
Reconcile the bank and stripe accounts in Xero, matching the payments received against the invoices raised
Audit accounting receivable transactions for completeness and robustness of the process
Support with payroll, collecting information, process and review of the monthly payroll file
