Junior Web frontend /UI development

Final year student/graduate in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with programming skills/experience) or Computer Science (with hardware skills/experience) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing and shipping commercial SW product or developing and supporting commercial SaaS platform
• Previous experience with modern, reactive UI web frameworks and JavaScript MV frameworks:
• Ability to write performant, client-side code for high volume, production applications using HTML/CSS/SASS, TypeScript, and AngularJS
• Exposure to JavaScript task automation tools (NPM, Webpack, Grunt, etc.)
• Familiarity with data serialization formats (JSON, XML)
• Linux administration
• Cloud API development/debug experience
• RESTful API
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Investigation and debugging skills

Lenovo Data Center Group is currently seeking a junior software development engineer for our Lenovo private cloud platform ThinkAgile CP.
This role will participate in the design and implementation of a worldwide private cloud platform. This individual will write code according to team quality standards, propose technical solutions and take part in discussions and design planning meetings. He will have a technical mentor assigned and will learn from the best software developers.
This is a software development position in a highly collaborative environment working directly with Development, QA, Operations and Product Management teams across geographies.
