    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a related field
    • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
    • English skills
    • Team player with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Professionalism and integrity are required in all communication
    • Flexible, proactive and dynamic person
    • Ability to multi-task and understand different priorities


    • Greeting costumers /visitors, and provide guidance to the place of appointment
    • Answering phone calls and taking messages
    • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and redirect it to the appropriate person
    • Provide assistance to staff members, employees and visitors
    • Assisting and informing customers and visits
    • Receiving incoming packages
    • Recording and maintaining the minutes of the meetings of the Boards
    • Ensuring travel arrangements and accommodation
    • Handling situations where delegation outside the factory is needed
    • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
    • Providing assistance in preparing documents and reports
    • Planning and execution of company events
    • Typing and preparing documents as required
    • Drafts reports, documents, presentations

    Alte informatii

    Driver's license would be a plus
