• High school diploma / bachelor’s in engineering / Quality education
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job in electronics, preferably in automotive

• Understand product flow and board assembly manufacturing process
• Ensure receipt of proper documentation prior to starting work
• Review assembly drawings and ensure a full understanding prior to start QC check
• Review and understand Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Work instructions
• Inspect SMT and through hole assemblies against IPC A-610
• Perform 1st product inspections (beginning of shift / change overs)
• Communicate any quality issues to immediate supervisor
• Redline and communicate any documentation discrepancies to immediate supervisor
• Only work/use equipment for which training and/or certification has been completed
• Perform LPA, ESD and 5S audits

• Problem solving and analytical skills, with sense of expertise and investigations
• Communication skills to build bridges between different support functions and suppliers
• Microsoft, Outlook, ERP – basic knowledge
• Good skills in English language
