• Bachelors in Engineering / Quality education
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job, preferably in automotive

• Follows-up on the requests of the quality procedures deployed in the manufacturing areas;
• Participates in the performance of internal product and processes audits
• Coordinates the set-up and deployment of action plans associated with quality audits in the manufacturing lines;
• Revises periodically the process capabilities used for the new products and processes;
• Blocks products, movements in care the product does not meet required quality specifications;
• Supervises internal qualification process for the manufacturing processes;
• Trains operators and quality technicians on the quality processes;
• Communicates on a daily, weekly or monthly basis the quality results for the assigned lines;
• Posts the quality requirements at the manufacturing work stations;
• Leads the analysis for root-cause analysis for the incidents that generated internal quality problems;
• Participates in root-cause analysis for customer’s claims
• Defines, deploys and monitors the deployment of quality improvement action plans and projects for the assigned areas;
• Performs daily reporting of specific quality indicators for the manufacturing processes (PPM, scrap cost, action plan deployment status, results of internal quality audits, process capabilities etc.);
• Participates at development of internal validation process for manufacturing processes;
• Participates at development and revision of product and process FMEAs
• Approves specific quality documentation (procedures, acceptance criteria, quality instructions and quality plans).
• Develops and improves the internal control plan

• Problem solving and analytical skills, with sense of expertise and investigations
• Problem solving methods & tools knowledge, with logical approach
• Microsoft, Outlook, ERP – basic knowledge
• Strong skills in English language
