    Job purpose and key deliverables:

    The Influencer Marketing Specialist is part of the Social Media Team. This role is in charge with drafting and executing the influencer marketing strategy, focusing on delivering results that are in line with the brand objectives. The scope of the influencer specialist lies within building a coherent and cohesive strategy, nurturing existing and new relationships, while executing, coordinating and evaluating the active or planned influencer campaigns.

    Essential requirements:

    At least 3 years of experience in media relations, integrated communications, influencer, entertainment marketing, strategic partnerships, sponsorship/event activation;
    Strong experience in digital media, social media platforms and social analytics tools;
    Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube;
    Bachelor’s degree;
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Romanian and English (both oral and written);
    Strong creative skills, supported by analytical skills;
    Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel);
    Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude;
    Ability to build winning strategies and execute flawlessly.;

    Responsabilitati

    Key responsibilities:

    Works on the influencers strategy according to the brand strategy;
    Builds trustful partnerships with influencers to increase brand awareness and constantly promote the BAT products within the market as to drive growth;
    Constantly looks for ways to optimize the efficiency of the influencer mix;
    Proposes the right mix of influencers for both campaign-based and regular content;
    Coordinates agency to deliver on time in full all digital assets related to a influencers campaign;
    Manages influencers creative campaigns delivering the targets within the given deadlines;
    Supports all influencer related projects and joins events;
    Manages the influencers’ schedule/program, overseeing end to end the process, from proposing the right mix, to conducting contract negotiations, content briefing, execution and reporting the results;
