    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    - Bachelor Degree
    - Understanding of eCommerce platform (Magento is preferred)
    - Familiarity with data analysis as well as management
    - Ability to synthesise analyses with clear recommendations in terms of added value to the business
    - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Romanian and English (both oral and written)
    - Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
    - Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude
    - Understanding of the technology linked to the digital commerce platforms (SEO, performance media)
    - Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently


    Key accountabilities

    1/ Commercial & Communication

    - Management of creative development of digital communications materials (e.g.: - Newsletters, Website materials), overviewing the digital agency
    - Input and support with overall channel strategy for the year (Pricing, Offers, Communication)
    - Performance media and SEO coordination via specialized agencies
    Logistics related process management (e.g. stocks, sales) via operational partners

    2/ Development

    - Business requirement consolidation for future developments
    - Platform functionalities development - both in terms of base functionalities as well as projects/activation driven developments
    - Maintenance and optimization of the website, overviewing the development agency

    3/ Reporting & Insights

    - Sales and performance reporting
    - eCommerce consumer insights generation
    - Reports and dashboard creation for internal audience
    - Input into strategic decisions via analysis as well as exploration of opportunity spaces
