Financial Planning and Analysis Internship

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Garrett is looking for talented Procurement Interns to work along our skillful teams on supporting and improving our processes. This is a 6 months paid internship (fill time) targeting last year’s university students or recent graduates. As an Intern, you will join our finance team and be responsible to:

• Monitor day to day Freight Shipments
• Weekly report for top offenders of Premium Freight
• Check SAP transactions for Integrated Supply Chain Costs and Prototypes Revenue
• Check SAP transaction for missing costing for Prototypes Turbos
• Create tooling invoices for Proto on request
• Review intercompany invoices
• Extract various reports from SAP for expenses
• Support Supply Chain and Prototypes Sr Financial Analysts for various excel reports and SAP data manipulation
• KPI data reporting upon request
• Participate in meetings with Supply Chain or Prototypes leaders and produce minutes of the meeting

• University Student in business, finance, or related field;
• Excellent English skills, other languages would be an advantage;
• Good Excel skills;
• Ability to communicate concisely at all levels inside and outside the company;
• Extracurricular projects involvement;

• Organized, analytic and attention to details; 
• Result-oriented, proactive, quick learner;
• Team player;
• Very good communication skills and able to prioritize;
