    Required qualifications and experience
    • University degree;
    • At least 4 years of experience in HR areas related to the job responsibilities;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    • Very good planning and organizing abilities;
    • Problem-solving attitude and ‘can-do’ mentality;
    • Advance knowledge of English language;
    • Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word - advanced level);

    Responsabilitati

    Job main purpose
    Supporting the HR department in areas such as: talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, HR projects on employees’ motivation and retention.

    Key accountabilities
    • Full execution of the recruitment and selection process from job-intake, designing job advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, communication with candidates and with Hiring Managers until the fulfilment of the vacancies, for all categories of employees;
    • Coordinate induction program for the new employees and regular follow-ups;
    • Coordinate training and development programs for the employees; Implements the annual training plan by coordinating the logistics of all internal and external training programs;
    • Prepare, analyze, summarize, compile and submit reports to local HR and company management;
    • Provide support and coordinate the deployment of the internal performance assessment process;
    • Coordinate internal communication programs and initiatives;
    • Prepare and update internal policies and procedures considering legislation and Frigoglass Group’s requirements;
    • Actively involved in employer branding activities in order to promote the company image on the local market (e.g. CSR campaigns, volunteering programs, etc.);
    • Provide support and actively participate in various HR projects, as per the business needs.
