EXPERIENCE with recruiting for ecommerce positions within the dating and e-casino industries

Degree in Human Resources or related field
Atleast 7 years of experience in hiring for dating websites, e-commerce related positions
A passion for excellence and speed in recruitment
Experience using Recruitee or similar ATS
Very strong „sales” experience within recruitment
A Can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work and produce results under your own initiative.

Market Mapping of the best talent available
Headhunting for leaders in their field - we want the best!
Creating a Marketing Mix on various social Media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram
Liaising with the Hiring Managers to understand the DNA of each position for accurate hiring
Mothering candidates through the recruitment process
Working with Hiring Managers to shortlist and identify the best candidates.
Discussing with ideal candidates and selling the Sigurd Vedal Vision and great benefits that a position with Vedal Media offers.
Assessing how the recruitment process can be streamlined further to reduce recruitment time.
