    Requirements

    You are passionate about accounting and you are looking to acquire new skills and knowledge? We are looking for a Junior Accountant who will work closely with Senior Accountant and Tax to prepare back-up documentation of Intercompany recharges invoices.

    •University Degree in Economics/Finance
    •Previous working experience;
    •Good English knowledge – oral and written;
    •Accounting and tax knowledge (previous exposure to transfer pricing would be an advantage);
    •Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research);
    •Strong oral and written communication skills;
    •Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy;
    •Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
    •Analytical thinking;
    •Diligent, self-motivated, positive attitude;
    •Initiative in solving problems;
    •Industry knowledge is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    •Understanding the intercompany services received from Cargill group and document their necessity for Romanian Cargill entities;
    •Collaborate with all functions/departments and other intercompany service providers in order to identify what documentation is available and gather the documentation;
    •Reviewing and structure the documentation provided by the intercompany service providers and local functions and identify the gaps;
    •Discuss with local heads of departments/regional team for addressing the gaps;
    •Support the local finance team in developing and implementing a procedure with respect to document the intercompany recharges.
    •Responsible to gather information and a detailed back-up documentation for all intercompany recharge invoices;
    •Quarterly reporting of intercompany transactions, related to services, rendered by the Group.
