-Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
-Ability to work under own initiative.
-Ability to work in under pressure and within deadlines.
-Ability to work a high degree of accuracy.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Past experience in retail and industrial design is advantage.
-Past experience in BIM/REVIT projects would be highly appreciated.
-Strong communication skills and an ability to liaise with client and team members.
-Good spoken and written English Skills Required
-AutoCAD.
-Microsoft Office Excel.
-Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
-Microsoft Office Word.
-Photoshop, InDesign and rendering skills would be advantageous.

The selected candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary, international team that develops the projects at the highest level of BIM design and collaboration. Within this scheme, he/she will be involved in a wide array of tasks and responsibilities according their professional experience and motivation.
The following activities will be developed:
-Prepare the layouts, material schedules on construction phases and other associated documents (pre-tender phase)
-Cooperate with engineers and other design professionals.
-Ensuring compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
-Closely cooperate on project delivery within local and international team.
