The Plant Controller is responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The Plant Controller will provide financial direction to the plant and provide recommendations to improve site performance.The ideal candidate should have:? Analytical Thinking - analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems.? Leadership - willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.?
