University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
English (fluent, verbally and written)
Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
Knowledge about UiPath is an advantage
Previous experience as a Business Analyst is mandatory
Experience working in a multi-lingual international organisation
May be required to travel for work

Involve key business and IT stakeholders to clarify the process, participate in process definition and for testing (User Acceptance)
Assess the process landscape, sorting processes by feasibility and potential for automation
Estimated benefits for automation and shortlist of opportunities
Demonstrate the automation delivery methodology
Map processes by producing the Process Definition Document and create streamlined dialogue between process handler and developer
Ensure associated configuration methodologies are followed
Create financial business case and investment appraisal
