You
Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Must have good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer).
Must be client oriented and have a nice and friendly presence throughout the whole working day.

Act as a key point of contact for customers and visitors providing a professional and friendly service;
Manage the customer service team's office needs by delivering their mail, answering phones, sending packages, ordering office supplies, booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting rooms, and ensuring that they are able to concentrate on their work;
Ensure the business lounge, conference rooms, show offices and common areas are spotless and prepared for our next guests at all times.
