    Cerinte

    For one of our client, a technology company, headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, with offices in London and Bucharest we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague within Sales department.

    As an Account Manager you should have:

    • Experience in sales, telesales, customer care
    • Advanced level of English language
    • Very good communication and negotiations skills
    • Selling and presentation skills
    • Good MsOffice knowledge

    Responsabilitati

    Your main responsibilities will be:

    • Presenting, promoting and selling the company’s products, using solid arguments to prospective customers
    • Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
    • Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling and cold emailing
    • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Analyzing the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
