    Responsibilities

    Professional tasks

    Proactive office support to a team of 8-10 consultants;
    Formatting documents and presentations using company's visual identity standards (Word, PowerPoint);
    Client meetings set-up;
    General research activities on various projects;
    Client communications.

    Office administration

    Monitoring and ordering office consumables;
    Travel arrangements for the team;
    Documents management (contracts);
    Correspondence (mail, courriers);
    Keeping track of accounting documents and relationship with the accounting firm;
    Issuing invoices to customers;
    Employee administration support;
    Relationship with key suppliers;
    Protocol tasks with visiting clients;
    Other office administration tasks.
