    Our client is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations. We are curently searching for a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team.

    The ideal candidate profile:
    - Fluency in English;
    - Strong communication skills;
    - Ability to be flexible and work analytically in problem-solving environment;
    - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills as well as excellent communication skills; technical focus;
    - Strong customer centric attiude;
    - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines to multiple stakeholders;
    - Team player and proactive.

    Responsabilitati

    Key responsibilities:
    - Provide Stakeholders with guidance, consultancy and visibility on all compensation processes and KPIs;
    - Provide Stakeholders with operational support for all the Chanel Data Management Processes;
    - Provide partners with visibility and end to end support on all compensation activities and disputes;
    - Prepare and deliver regular reviews on compensation processes;
    - Ensure disputes resolution and acts as first escalation point on all compensation processes;
    - Monitor the entire process works smoothly and KPIs are met.
