    Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related degree;
    Project experience;
    Experience in Transitions;
    Very good communication and change management skills;

    Good English skills.

    Job Description

    Overall responsibility for coordination of transition projects;
    Support preparation and participate in main meetings (e.g. Initial Management meeting);
    Support / lead roll-out of Controlling Shared Services concepts across GS Shared Service locations worldwide, starting with Timisoara;
    First point of contact for all transition-related matters for GBs;
    Further development of controlling service scope/catalogue, also cross GB;
    Further development of steering fundamentals (SLA, KPI, Cost analysis).
