Human Resources Counselor with French

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- French at the advanced level (written and spoken)
- English at the middle level (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- One year of experience in the field of human resources (personnel administration, payroll)
- Attention to detail, rigor
- Good communication skills
- Compliance with standards and procedures
- Someone who is used to working with qualitative and quantitative objectives

- Manage the different types of absences (annual leaves, medical absences, long-term leaves, absences without leaves etc.)
- Calculate and record the rights of employees related to the exercise of the professional activity (the additional working time of the employees, the related pay days, the amounts of travel expenses allowances etc.)
- Update the personal file (address, marital status, bank account, etc.)
- Manage the variable elements of compensation
- Manage recurring campaigns during the year
- Follow up on cases requiring special treatment
- Manage the files of the employees on temporary assignment: monthly control of the invoices, follow up of the litigations and the erroneous invoices, payment of the invoices
