    As a HR Admin, you will assist the colleagues from other sites in the administrative process regarding hiring process, short term assignments and you will contribute to the improvement of human resources activities.
    What are we looking for:

    • Bachelor degree & HR Inspector Certification (not mandatory);
    • Fluency in English, other international language is a plus (French);
    • Good Excel skills;
    • At least 1 year experience in HR data administration;
    • Structured, organized and detail oriented;
    • A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach.
    What you will do: as a HR Administrator you will be involved in 2 main HR process: hiring for two Michelin sites and mobility procedure.
    • Preparing and administrating the employees’ labor contracts and the changes;
    • Implementing the legislative changes regarding labor rights;
    • Update the database for payroll monthly calculations;
    • Reporting to the Authorities (Revisal) all the information regarding contracts in deadlines;
    • Monitors and follow-up the KPIs specific to this position, making sure that agreed promised dates are respected.
    • Gathers all the necessary documents for the preparation of A1 form, for employees that are being detached to France.
