    Requirements

    Education and Working Experience:
    - University studies
    - Knowledge of English language
    - IT literate and perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office kit
    - Experience of 2 years working in similar position
    Additinal Qualificatons and knowledge
    - Attention to detail
    - Abbility to communicate knowledge
    - Time management and work under pressure
    - Flexible in traveling and possession of driving license
    - Open to challenges and ambitious for his/her work
    - Crativity and innovation

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Implementation of the Visual Merchandising Guidelines of TH Europe
    - Training and constant coaching of store tams (VM in-store)
    - Safeguarding and enhacing the efficient cooperation with the VM Coordinator
    - Search for and apply new solutions to better promote products in stores so as to increase sales
    - Implement the VM Academy at tge area of responsiblity
    - Monitoring of the montlhy VM reports and provide fruitful feedback to all teams
    - Constant communication with all store teams in ordr to support in any ad hoc requests and difficulties in the merchanidising of products
    - Implementation of VM principles with a commercial overview approach in order to achieve targets
    - Source of creativity and innovative ideas in order to promote even more the Tommy brand image to our customers
    - Vivid participation in all the training programs and seminsar organised by the company, e.g. Management Skills, Financial, Team Building, Product Trainings, Induction, TCE, etc.
    - Available according to ad hoc company needs (e.g. Travelinf, store openings, bazaar, emergency, etc.)
