Contract Specialist with German

We are looking for a Contract Specialist with English and German for our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing.

Requirements:

Advanced English and German skills;
University degree in Economics, Accounting, International Trade or other relevant field;
Good understanding of sales contracts or international trade issues;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy;
Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Partner on boarding, contracts modifications, mergers and acquisitions, terminations of agreements;
Step-by-step guidance for account managers on contracts solutions;
Resolution of intermediate to complex partner contract issues;
Check the accuracy and consistency of the data;
Contractual template and letter creation and dispatching;
Maintain an enhanced customer satisfaction through proactive communication and handling as well as a high level of data quality;
Perform contract changes, maintenance, setup or processing;
Keep the systems up-to-date from a contract stand point.
