    Your Skills and Knowledge:

    o Great Sales and Sales Management Skills
    o Proficiency in working in a Matrix organization
    o Ability to lead other departments and partners to achieve common goals
    o Intercultural savvy
    o Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory

    o Manage and support a team to grow the business double digits
    o Inspect and manage activity levels and forecast accuracy
    o Manage relationships with customers and partners
    o Ensure adherence to Corporate policies and Compliance regulations
    o Make sure all employees are working in a stimulating and challenging environment they can thrive in

    Your Team:

    o Sales, Pre-Sales and Partner Managers
    o Multiple people working in various departments e.g. Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Ops, etc.
    o Partner Ecosystem composed of Strategic Partners, Global and Regional System Integrators and Local Resellers/Distributors

    Your Impact:

    o Lead the extended sales seam to new performance levels
    o Oversee activities to make sure we have the right environment and motivation for all employees to thrive and succeed
    o Support the region to successfully move to subscriptions and ARR
