Accounts Receivable with French

Proficiency in French and English
Good verbal & written communication skills
2- 4 years of experience in Collection/ Billing
Experience with ERP systems/Collections tools
Rigorous and accurate working style
Good working knowledge of MS Office

• Receive Order Fulfillment Information
• Generate customer billing data
• Transmit billing data to customers
• Resolve customer billing inquiries
• Manage Returns
Respond to invoicing inquiries from Customers on email
Creation of journal entry and basic cash application analysis of the transactions
Discuss account resolution with internal parties
Process adjustments/write off balances
Calculate penalties on Past Due Collections
Review existing and new customer accounts
Produce credit/collection reports
