    VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.


    With these skills/characteristics you have a great chance to be our newest colleague in VON Consulting, Bucharest Offices:

    -At least 6 months - 1year of relevant experience in IT recruiting/ headhunting
    - Curiosity;
    - Good sense of ethics
    - Solution oriented - proactive mindset
    - A true believer in "Everything is possible"
    - Passion for/ genuine interest in Recruitment;
    - The ability to learn(also) by himself/herself;
    - Open minded and the ability to think outside the box;
    - Advanced analysis and synthesis skills;
    - Honest, communicative and determinate;
    - Previous experience in recruitment (and "understanding") IT profiles - is a must

    - Be accountable and able to take positive and negative feedback properly.


    Managing entire recruitment processes including:

    - Developing a good understanding of client’s industry and field of activity, profiles they are recruiting, their recruitment process;
    - Understanding and being able to match profiles (generally technical profiles) with our client’s needs;
    - Active searching for candidates through multiple channels;
    - Cold contacting candidates and being able to offer them relevant information;
    - Scheduling and conducting interviews for the assigned projects.
    - Maintain a close, professional relationship with our clients (and candidates) and keep track of any candidate involved in the recruitment process.
    - Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidates involved in the recruitment process.
