● Bachelor Degree, preferably in a technical field;

● No previous experience is required. Any exposure to customer service or procurement activities is a plus;

● Very good knowledge of English and Italian;

● Solution focused;

Mission

Makes the products, equipment or services negotiated by the Purchasing department, available to internal customers, in accordance with procurement procedures and Michelin principles.
Provides his/her contacts with the related administrative support. Ensures the continuity of supply activity in plants.

Main responsibilities:

● Places the orders/ requests quotations based on supply plans, or based on requisitions within the framework of his/her duties;
● Notifies on the use of electronic catalogs if the case;
● Informs internal partner and the supplier about non-conformities (delay, quantity discrepancies, low quality, etc.);
● Monitors the delivery of purchase orders , making sure that agreed promised dates are respected;
● Monitors and releases the on hold invoices in the systems (DART, Oracle);
● Fills out the necessary data in order to create the weekly and monthly indicators.
