    Cerinte

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or equivalent
    Relevant experience in HR supervisory, including a generalist / business partner role, within a multinational company
    Fluent written and spoken English is essential
    Hands-on, solution oriented; organization, planning and business management abilities
    Very good communicator, acting as a team facilitator
    Comprehensive understanding of labor related regulations, integrity and approachability.

    Responsabilitati

    The Human Resources Manager is organizing and delivering the full range of HR services, with the aim to attract, manage, develop and retain employees in the organization, to ensure long term growth, financial performance and to meet customer satisfaction.
    S/he acts as a business partner and s/he works in close cooperation and transparent relationship with the regional HR management, the country General Manager and the managerial team and according to the Group’s HR strategy, rules and procedures.
    Local HR policies and regulations, employee relations – ensures the compliance of the HR practices with local legal requirements and corporate guidelines, suggests improvement ideas and content; acts as a liaison between employees and managers, according to social dialogue procedures in place.
    Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Administration & Payroll - manages payroll, administrative procedures in place, drive annual salary planning in accordance with Group strategy and market benchmarks, when
    needed with the support of external partners; suggests any improvement of operational procedures and processes, in line with business needs and available resources.
    Talent acquisition – manages the TA processes effectively in order to ensure that the recruitment and selection practices meet the business needs; diversifies recruitment channels, organizes events and programs to fulfill recruitment needs, in line with Group’s HR strategy and related KPIs; ensures the employee onboarding.
    Talent development – identifies training needs, is responsible for designing and implementing the annual
    training plan; manages all talent development programs and initiatives, in line with business strategy and
    needs.
    Performance management – lead the overall process of objective setting and performance evaluation, according to the corporate guidelines; perform a dedicated role as a system administrator for the talent management system.
