Marketing Specialist

 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field;
 Demonstrated previous working experience in Digital Marketing, PR and Copywriting;
 Experience working with agency partners and external vendors;
 Familiarity with paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Google;
 Research skills;
 Proficiency in Excel and advanced English skills;
 Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting;
 Enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and creativity are definitely a must;
 Tech-savvy person, with an interest for digital transformation projects;
 Should prefer a hands-on environment.

 Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns, based on detailed analysis of market forces;
 Identifying the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public;
 Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning);
 Liaising with external vendors to execute promotional events and digital campaigns;
 Managing, creating and publishing original and high quality content;
 Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to help shape future marketing strategies;
 Evaluatingcustomer needs, finding and proposing tailored solutions;
 Supporting the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
