-Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills in Romanian and English;
-Previous experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them;
-Excellent knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems;
- Superior economics studies

-Manage a portfolio of small and medium customers;
-Qualify prospects ingoing calls and web requests
-Generate and qualify leads from outgoing calls
-Manage contracts and cards creation in our GESCOM system
-Ensure the customer satisfaction
