    University degree;
    Excellent communication skills;
    Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
    English language (conversational level)
    Minimum 3 years of experience in candidates recruitment, selection and evaluation.


    Job purpose
    Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment process in order to attract and integrate the best candidates in the organization.

    Main responsibilities
    Full execution of the recruitment process from job-intake, designing job advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and Hiring Managers until the fulfilment of the vacancies;
    Discuss, negotiates and agrees with Hiring Managers the recruitment strategy and profile of the ideal candidate;
    Using and continuously seeking for creative and innovative sourcing and networking techniques to identify and attract the best talents on the market;
    Maintains the relation with recruitment agencies and organizes work testing for direct productive staff (qualified and unqualified);
    Coordinates company internship and trainee programs;
    Actively involved in employer branding activities in order to promote the company image on the local market (e.g. partnerships with universities, participation at job fairs, internships, etc.);
    Develops and updates job description.
    Coordinates the induction and orientation process of all new employees and make recommendations for its improvement;
    Conduct exit interviews with employees that request to leave the company in order to identify possible problems
