    Responsabilitati

    • Manage client relationship through providing daily operational support via telephone and e-mail;
    • Act as the first contact to the client, communicating all relevant information and ensuring customer satisfaction;
    • Level 1 helpdesk for procurement tools: solves level 1 tickets, ticketing, follow-up, escalation to level 2
    • Tests the solutions proposed by level 2 experts when necessary
    • Processing transactions within agreed TAT & SLA
    • Providing continuous visibility of the tickets situation to Client and to internal hierarchy
    • Provide support to other internal members and teams and to the various End Users and Procurement Managers within client organization
